I don't know what this product does. I bought it twice , therefore I have been using it for a year. To be honest, there aren't any visible signs of the work of this product. I paid it up with perfect and radiant even matte day cream. Use a very mild black soap and exfoliate with natural products. My face is exactly where it was before these products, first with the day cream and even when I began using the night cream
